Welcome to the QABE Lab at KAIST College of Business. We solve real business problems through data-driven quantitative analysis. Our research focuses on developing methodologies for corporate DX and AX transformation, and advancing AI-integrated research collaboration. Current projects span AI-driven UI/UX optimization in media and commerce, synthetic user simulation in the food & beverage industry, service quality and new product strategy in franchising, B2B distribution strategy in pharmaceuticals, and customer value measurement with hyper-personalized targeting in home shopping and media.
